I am trying to figure out how to change an alternator in a mazda 626. There isn't enough room on the side to get to it and the frame is in the way so I cant go thru the wheel well. Any ideas that are cheap?Change alternator in 98 Mazda 626?
Is it an inline 4 cylinder? I just loosened it all the way and jammed my arm in there with a size 12mm (i think) wrench and got the bottom bolt out. After that it is easy.Change alternator in 98 Mazda 626?
if i remember it is on the bottom so the best thing to do would be to take the motor mount off and let it drop a little bit that should give you enough room but you may need to take the axle out
